Burgers and service are always on point. But the fries are getting worse and amount is laughable. I ordered a large fry by itself. So I paid full price. What I got was just a bit more than small fries inside of a large container. Double check the portion size before you leave drive-thru or counter.

I hate to admit it.. but I come to this Carl's Jr quite often.. usually at least once a week. I've had the pleasure of being served and having my order taken by Michael [typically later in the evening] many times now. He's truly an asset to your company. I've never had an order wrong. My food has always been hot. Michael has always been patient with me, and he never seems frustrated with my often "odd requests" like a variety of different sauces, or extra Oreo in my milkshake. This guy is always on and is super nice too. I hope management reads this and realizes how lucky they are to have this

Stopped by for a quick bite, needed to kill some time so decided to eat inside. I was really impressed by the amazing service from the young gentleman on the floor. Went above and beyond, which is rare. Thank you guys for a delicious meal and such awesome customer service

It's difficult to gain access to from the street and the staff are not great. It took four times through the drive-thru for the person to hear me with no background noise and then they still had the same questions at the window.
