RachelJune★Never ran to write a Google review so fast in my life. This was by far the worst meal I have ever purchased from a fast food place. All of my food was incredibly cold. Ordered a plain cheeseburger and got no cheese. Went back in asked for it to be corrected. Staff was very polite and remade extremely fast. However, the new patty had a dried piece of cheese adhered to one side and a fresh cold piece on the other. The ONLY good thing about this whole order was the frosty because it came out of a machine. Very disappointed.
Ashley Anderson★★The food here has always been pretty close to normal Wendy’s quality, but they’re usually out of chocolate Frosty’s, which I think is ridiculous since that’s a staple of their menu. The service has always been fine. The biggest complaint I have is that there are at least three deep potholes in the drive thru line that I feel like I’m gonna pop a tire every time. I mean it’s not just kind of bad – it’s really bad. They really need to redo the asphalt in the drive thru!
Tutucookies★Rudest service I have ever experienced at a restaurant in my entire life and I will never go back to the Cottage Grove Wendy's. I had an in-app coupon for 10 free nuggets with purchase and they only gave me 9, so I politely asked for one more nugget. The cashier gave me one more, but accused me of lying. That is extremely insulting and I have never been accused of lying at a restaurant in my life. The fact that his ego was so big, he couldn't admit that perhaps it was HIS mistake shows what a big ego he has. Also, there are security cameras there, so if he has the work ethic to look at th
HAZEL HERNANDEZ★They always mess up my food. Ordered a beconator and received something totally different. Management are pretty bad I try to contact them multiple times to let them know about their mistake and they neveeeer answer the phone. One night I was there with my husband and a Hispanic looking manager told one of the employees “if you don’t calm down I will make you calm down” just because he was trying to explain that we ordered a beconator and they gave us a Dave’s burger instead
