What a hidden gem! I was in town for an event, looking for a good breakfast spot with more than just eggs on the menu and was so glad to find Lydia’s. I got the BLT, which was made fresh while we chatted. So delicious! And such a great host in Lydia who made sure I had everything I needed. It’s pretty understated from the outside, I almost walked right past it. Inside is a warm, welcoming delicious breakfast and coffee spot that is sure to become a local favorite.

Oh my gosh! It’s all coming back to me. I wandered in this morning to grab a coffee and a baked good because the sign out front said “Lydia’s” and it reminded me of my favorite coffee shop years ago, also named Lydia’s, that I would spend HOURS in during college studying in- except they were located in Ludlow by UC. I thought what are the odds! Another coffee shop with the same name after all those years (because the original location is no longer), but surely a different one.
