I could immediately tell why this place is so popular. Its deep history speaks for itself. I loved to sat by the window that I could see a calm and beautiful view of the Ohio River in Cincinnati made the atmosphere truly special. The food was incredible. The portions were generous, and the meat was so tender and juicy, honestly the best meal I’ve had recently. Since it was my first time visiting during a trip, I almost over-ordered, but thanks to our server’s thoughtful recommendations, we had the perfect amount and got to try a variety of dishes. I was deeply moved by the server’s kindness

I get Montgomery Inn quite a bit from Doordash, and it travels very well. Always get the king slab with chipotle barbecue sauce. Its got a nice little kick to it. The ribs are tender and pull very easily. Thats the way you want ribs. Falloffthebone means theyre overdone! They make some mean mac n cheese with breadcrumbs too. One day, I'm going to get brave and try the pork chops. But the ribs are so good, theyre just hard to say no to!

Such a good atmosphere with great food the music and cocktails upstairs were great! The seating time even with reservations was a bit Long, but with the upstairs acoustic music and good view of the river it didn’t matter how long it took.
