I was there on 3/7/26, around 6:50 pm. I can provide a receipt number. I ordered a matcha with cold foam through the drive thru and I watched the girl make my drink. While she was putting the cold foam on my drink, it got on her fingers. The employee then LICKED HER FINGERS, multiple times and then continued to put the lid on my drink. Not once did she wash her hands. After she put the lid on, she put my drink near the window for another employee to hand to me. THANKFULLY SHE SPILLED THE DRINK!! Per the corporation they must charge $5.65 for a venti water plus .80 cent for fruit inclusions. $6.45 total. No caring ,no understanding for a frequent customer who order numerous drinks weekly. The also dropped the ice water when giving it. They showed there frequent customer no upstanding, This customer will give them the same Understanding. Update review a1 year later 2/26/26 Service is down hill. 1 person making drinks with 2 people chatting in the back. Everyone should be working, getting orders. Ridiculous 11:30 am

Took great care of me after the Starbucks over by TF Green airport on post road failed miserable offering me ice coffee cause they had cleaned out their machine 28 min before closing. Which really sucked because I spent a good amount of time digging out my car and de icing it in very thin clothes as I had just got back from the carribean. Thank you for helping me out I had a 2 hrs drive home ahead of me and was exhausted after a very long day trying to get home. Management should take note to train staff to be kind and considerate to customers. I felt uncomfortable with my interaction with one of your baristas. Customer service makes or breaks a business and it costs nothing to be kind
