Although our server was amazing, there were three gentlemen seated before us who waited around 30 minutes before anyone came to take their drink order. I understand this restaurant can be on the slower side—I’ve been here multiple times when it wasn’t busy—but you’re a sports bar, and last night was incredibly busy. It really felt like the restaurant wasn’t prepared for the crowd. You guys seriously need a better system in place because it was pretty chaotic. The service from our server was great, but the overall experience could have been much better.

If you’re looking for a place where time stands still, this is it. Waiting nearly an hour for food is apparently part of the “experience,” and it’s especially exciting when it arrives cold. Really builds character. Service is impressively hands-off — our waitress checked on us about every 30 minutes, whether we needed it or not (we did). Drink refills are more of a self-reflection exercise than a provided service, and getting attention requires advanced flag-down skills. Terrible! No napkins at a wing house, most sauces not available, didn’t matter since they incorrectly bring out most with no sauce. Food cold, bottomless appetizers lol… order and a small plate is served, next serving 20 minutes later. And it wasn’t busy. NEVER Again

Would leave zero stars if possible. Arrived to an empty restaurant at 8:20 PM for a party of 3. Was seated immediately, was told by the waitress to “give her a minute” FOUR times. No drink orders even placed. There are multiple waitresses working, which is the hilarious part, but nobody seemed to care to help us. Got up and left after 30 minutes of waiting. Taking my business to somewhere I am respected. Absolutely unacceptable.
