Ordering in is fine but the bathrooms just smell like piss, nobody cleans them correctly. When I order doordash, my order always gets messed up which is confusing because all they have to do it read the ticket. I am beginning to think its a tactic to raise margins. Ive ordered guac in my food and on the side, guess what, I only get it on the side. I doordashed tonight, I pay extra for cilantro lime sauce and I get sour cream instead. Is this just a nickel and dime tactic by Chipotle corporate or the franchisee since nobody that orders from doordash has any recourse? Or it it just employees inc

Every single time I get delivery/takeout from this location, something is wrong. I can never trust this location to distribute ingredients in a burrito evenly, properly salt the chips, or put in the correct ingredients. Chipotle as a company has already fell off, the food is not as good of quality as before and we’re paying more for it, so I would at least just hope my food is correct. I can count on more than one hand the amount of times i’ve had to drive back to this store to correct a problem with a takeout order. I should not have to watch an employee make the food to ensure a decent meal.

if a person orders food, then most likely he is not at home or he does not have the opportunity to cook himself. so why did not you put cutlery with the food? should I eat with my hands??!
