Breakfast Republic (Culver City) is a great spot with amazing food and really friendly staff. The portions are massive, so definitely plan accordingly—perfect for sharing and trying a few different dishes. The burrito was especially delicious and easily one of the highlights of the meal. Had breakfast here today with my brother and it was a great call. We couldn’t decide between the California Breakfast Burrito and the chilaquiles, so we ordered both and split them. Best decision—both dishes were excellent. Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and came out just right. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Shoutout to Luis, our server—he was on point the whole time. Friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. This is definitely going to be our regular breakfast spot from now on.
