My first time at Breakfast Republic, and I really enjoyed it! I had the Strawberry & Mascarpone French Toast with a side of eggs, and everything was delicious. The French toast was sweet, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. I also loved the warm coffee—it was rich and satisfying. The food definitely exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu!

Stopped by Breakfast Republic in Scripps Ranch after a long hike at Potato Chip Rock, and it was exactly what I needed! 🥾⛰️ The menu is so fun and innovative with a huge variety of options. 🥞✨ ​I was super impressed by the vegan options (the pancakes are fluffy and delicious! 🌱) and the creative cocktails. 🍹 Their coffee is excellent, and I’m obsessed with their signature coffee mugs—so much character! ☕️💛 ​Great vibes, amazing food, and the perfect post-hike recovery spot. Highly recommend! 🍳🥓

By far my favorite breakfast/brunch place in san diego! They have an incredible vegan menu, (jammin bennie is my favorite). They had extra food in the back and asked if we wanted to try! Alberto and andre were incredible! 10/10

Andre V was the BEST server! Super knowledgeable, shared the story of the restaurant with us! He was very attentive and had a great personality. The food was amazing! Try the Chilaquiles for sure. Can’t wait to come back!
