hello! can we stop normalizing advertising full bowls when you are truthfully incredibly stingy? they add little rice, and barely enough chicken. the food tastes great don’t get me wrong, but to pay 11 dollars when the workers can’t just be a little more generous? that’s unbelievable. also, the workers have a bit of an attitude?? maybe i’m reading too much into it but i asked for a water cup since i was extremely dehydrated (which they do in fact give out.. i don’t know why we’re feeling different today) and the cashier said no with undertones of an attitude. save urself money and go to the wi

It used to be that my only complaint was Chipotle being overpriced, but now I personally get to add "dirty" to the list of reasons to not eat here. Found an 8-inch hair in a burrito. Customer service hotline was extremely helpful and I got a refund and a promise that that particular store will do better in the future, but I honestly never want Chipotle again for the rest of my life.

Just go to a different Chipotle, there is always going on here. I've gotten the wrong order or missing items but today my food had RAW CHICKEN! unfortunately because of the seasoning it was hard to detect until after I swallowed a piece.

I came this morning before order food just want it to get a cup of water. I asked the manager named Sarahi to please give a cup of water, she just told me with attitude that don’t have cup of water in front of others customers I asked twice polite and she refuses. I made my line and order my burrito and the guy who is in the cashier he gave me the cup of water very nicely, I have been a Cust for 15 years and this is the first time that I had treated badly at chipotle. No Cust care absolutely.
