However, today I placed an order online that was just over the $25 limit to receive a free item. They called me shortly after and asked if I would like to change my order because they ran out of something. No big deal, it happens. When I went to pick up my food I was told that they did NOT include my free item because the price dropped below $25 after my substitution for what they didn't have. I was obviously frustrated and

The people were so sweet there and the lady even advised me that their fridge was broken holding the sodas but she had some on ice and let me choose. She was very sweet!
