After having a very disappointing experience at the Fort Oglethorpe Bojangles the day before with the general manager named Annie. I have to give a huge shoutout to the Bojangles in Dalton for completely restoring my faith in great customer service. Don't expect fresh food items. Most items are cooked at least an hour or more before serving and sitting in a warmer. There were 6 columns of sandwiches sitting under the warmer.It only took 2 minutes to get my 5 piece tenders, and that's from the start of the order to out the door. They were slightly above room temperature. The biscuit was the only fresh item in the box. The restaurant is clean with plenty of parking.

I come here often. The biscuits are always hot and the Sweet Tea is made just right (most days). The only downfall is the wait times because the drive thru line is usually wrapped around the building…which is an indication of good food being served by a very busy staff! Stop by and get a Cajun biscuit!
