byron suey★I’ve never went to a place to so routinely gets your order wrong. I just ordered an egg and cheese McGriddle and we got home and it had mayonnaise on it. I ordered a white milk and have chocolate milk now to put in my coffee. This is the price I have to pay for living in Decatur Illinois.
Damien Griffet★All of the food came out hot and fresh and is probably the best I've ever had from this location. However, the managers or shift leads rude attitude when told that they gave me a mini McFlurry rather than a regular sized McFlurry was unnecessary and I still had to correct them again cuz they tried to give me a mini once again and by the time I left I had to settle for an Oreo McFlurry rather than the derpy McFlurry I wanted. Hope to see some improvements at this location

Drones & Crypto★Literally the worst McDonald ever . The people can never take your order correctly and then when you get your food they forget items and make your food all wrong . After this third time , I'll never go again. The one on Persching road is far superior to this janky McDonald's and their lazy employees who don't know how to do simple tasks like put a 4 piece nugget in a bag or make a double cheese burger correctly
