Stopped by Saltgrass Steak House recently and had a solid experience overall. I ordered the Pat's ribeye, and it came out cooked exactly to temperature, which is always a big deal for me when it comes to steak. You can tell they pay attention to getting it right instead of just rushing food out. The Brussels sprouts on the side were surprisingly good too—nice flavor and not overcooked like you sometimes get. I sat at the bar, and the bartender did a great job. She was friendly, checked in at the right times, and was quick to take my order and get everything moving without making it feel rushe

Mikey was absolutely on point!! He was very hospitable and funny!! Highly recommend Mikey to anyone who’s coming here for the first time like me!!! The only thing I can critique is that the restaurant is way too cold!!! I couldn’t properly enjoy my meal because it was so cold!! Other than that, a pleasant experience!

We had an amazing experience at Saltgrass thanks to our waiter, Martinez! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. He made great recommendations, kept our drinks full, and made sure everything came out perfectly. You can really tell he takes pride in his job and genuinely cares about his guests. Martinez went above and beyond to make our dinner special — we’ll definitely be asking for him next time. Highly recommend!
