I would like to formally express both appreciation and concern regarding my recent experience. Vicki provided excellent customer service—she was attentive, professional, and clearly committed to helping every customer. However, it was very concerning to see that she appeared to be the only employee actively working. She was handling multiple responsibilities at once, including cleaning the lobby, taking orders, and repeatedly stepping away to personally assist customers who needed to pay with cash, since the machines do not accept cash. Very busy lunch time today 1/13/26. Cars wrapped around the parking lot. I decided to place a mobile order and go inside (that didn't help). There was one sweet older woman genuinely trying her best to help everyone out. She appeared to be working both the drive-thru and the front counter. I felt for her. I stood there for a minimum of 15 minutes waiting for my order (I get it, it's busy). The guy packaging the pickup orders wasn't calling out anybody's name and they were just piling up until the older lady got a breath between drive-thru orders to run over and hand them out! Ridiculous sense

They get a bad rap here but I gotta be honest, the crew is so awesome. Trust me. They are patient as hell and doing the best they can. People pissing and moaning about "no sauce" or "diet instead of regular soda" in my humble opinion are BLESSED AS HELL IF THIS IS THE TRADGEDY OF LIFE THEY ARE SUFFERING 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣
