Bro tell me why it took 10mins to wait for a frappe. I got the rest of my food immediately but then we as asked to park and had to wait an extra 10mins for my drink. If your machine isn't working I'd rather you guys say it so I can order a different drink, or I don't know don't park people if youre going to forget about them. ALL three spots plus the window were occupied while we waited. There are other mcdonalds to go to. What the absolute hell.

I wanted to leave a positive review for the young lady who was working multiple stations around 1:12 PM today. Despite being extremely busy, she remained professional, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. I believe her name was Kalisi (I apologize if I have that wrong). Unfortunately, my experience with the drive-thru was not as positive. Our order was handed to us without anyone verifying that everything was included and correct. What stood out even more was that Kalisi appeared to be handling most of the workload on her own while management was not actively assisting her. Kal

I hate to give a good review to gslop like mcdonalds, but this place has been fine. They are usually somewhat nice and usually get my order correct. I dont order any meat items so I cant speak to that. The most complex order I do is fries and a variety of sauces. To my surprise, they usually get the sauces right. Gotta give the credit for that. Its mcdonalds after all i dont expect them to be super stars lol. Note, ive never been here during peak hours. I make sure to only go at night or early morning bc I hate lines lol and I would assume quality could drop during the rush.

My food was great! It came out fast and hot. The staff was working extremely hard even though there were multiple customers giving them a hard time and a few that stole orders that weren’t theirs. The staff handled everything very well and were very kind.
