I dont typically eat pizza from just anywhere especially franchised pizza places. Ever since my new yorken best friend introduced me to new York style pizza I just can't find myself eating any other pizza unless its new york style which new york pizza in Florida from what im told is no comparison. Obviously. But I must say that those little pizza cupcakes, as I call them are so freakin amazing. They were made fresh and just as I requested. Plus the staff was excellent. I ordered the crazy bites on 08-22-2025, started eating 2 peaches, eating the 3rd one, i find a hair stuck in the last one, i had to throw the peace in my mouth away, want back to the peace in mouth away and went back to the store, the shift manager was very unprofessional didn't offer any refund or exchange until I started arguing with her,that's when she offer me only one peace exchange. I called the complaint department. They said the district manager will get back with me, it's been 4 business days no body contacted me
