This is the first time ever that our order is disgusting. 2 of the 3 pies were burnt and not edible. Called and there replacing those pies. Go to eat the slightly not burnt bacon pie and bottom was totally undercooked. I can't afford to get sick. Unacceptable. Just received the 2 replacement pies and they are burnt too. More crust than pizza on one. Never been so disappointed.

Tried one last time to see if they are any good and i was reminded why I should no longer go to franchise ! No nice greeting, no good customer service. Very disappointing. On top they gave me the wrong pizza . Please train your employees to at least be welcoming .. customer service is everything !!!

I've ordered pizza from this Pizza Hut before but this time I found it to be disgusting! Not only was there too much sauce on it, particularly around the crust, but it told me it'd be ready in 20 minutes but it was pretty cold when I picked it up. I thought when it said 20 minutes then that would be perfect considering I live 15 minutes from this location. But for it to be cold when it was in the warmer just baffled me unless they never put it in the warmer. I will second guess my purchase from this particular Pizza Hut location in the future. Thanks for putting no sauce on my wings! Thanks so much. Super cool of you. I’m really tired of calling to have my order fixed so I’ll just go ahead and eat my sauceless wings. You guys have a great Sunday. Try not to suggestively harass any young men that come in today!
