As soon as I walked in, every employee was friendly and welcoming, but there was one team member in particular whom I felt compelled to recognize. His name is Marvin. Their service is great, with a crew constantlywalks around, and asks if everything is okay. And when we were almost done, she asked for our plates. Their restroom is clean and tidy. Dago Rodriguez★Went in today not busy. Ordered food waited 20 min to ask about my order. The told me all we are doing is waiting on animal style fries. Called out number 84 which was after my order (78) with 4 animal style fries fries. So I ask again and got the same response. 2 more animals style fries came out after that and never received my order so I asked for a refund. Management had no sympathy didn’t care gave me my refund and sent me on my way. Rude unprofessional.
