12.99 for this steak tip sub which is mostly bread. Its small as is but come on. Spicy fries are good though but otherwise disappointing

First time I ordered from this place. I was so excited that we actually thought we found a good place locally. I payed $16.50 for a chicken Caesar salad. It was aweful. It came with the end of the romaine stem and packaged Ken’s dressing. The chicken did not even seem fully cooked. I am so angry for the amount of money we spent tonight. The chicken chipotle egg rolls are burnt. I also asked if it came with a dipping sauce and was told yes. I got another Ken’s salad dressing thousand isle and the price was $6.51. The most exciting thing we were so excited about eating was the Fat Sub. Which was

Sad pepperoni pizza. Undercooked. Dough under prepped. $2.50 for pepperoni and I got 20 tiny ones and they’re burnt. Trash pizza. Slow delivery.

Grew up eating Suppa's on University Ave in Lowell. Tried the Derry location tonight and it was great. Portions were massive. The cheeseburger was cooked perfectly and came with a massive amount of fries. Inferno sampler was good and again, massive amount of fries. The steak and cheese was well cooked, loaded with meat, and had the right amount of cheese without needing to add extra. First time I've seen the inside and its very nice. Doesn't look like your typical pizza place. Nice bar, plenty of seating, really well done. Will be ordering from here again.
