My son and I dine at this Chick-fil-A very often, and every time the service is amazing. The staff always treats customers with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Today, I witnessed something that really impressed me. A family accidentally spilled drinks on the table and floor, and the manager/operator, Dwayne, personally came over with a mop and cleaned everything himself instead of asking someone else to do it. Visiting Chicago and decided to stop for dinner after a long day. Ordered my regular meal that I always get at any ChickFila. This time my card kept declining. My card was unlocked. I showed them my available credit balance of $3,209.00 but somehow it kept declining. Paolo was patient and understanding while they worked to see what was causing the error. DO NOT GO HERE. Are they earning money on the float?? 2 weeks ago, they closed early without updating the app. When I arrived, there was a line outside looking for their orders, also. Someone came out of the locked doors and said they closed early. But, they never refunded the money. I just returned and said it will take more time to receive the refund. I'm amazed they didn't just offer me my order. I'm supposed to return in a couple more days if the refund doesn't arrive. That's a lot of work just to get my own money back.
