“The service was great and food was hot and delicious!”

Disrespectful Hispanic woman. I ordered delivery and called to make sure a detail was followed and she said she wouldn’t do it unless I came in. I reiterated it was delivery why would I come there if im paying extra to have it delivered. She swore at me and hung up on my face. My drink came half empty and my sandwich was put together very sloppy. Patty was glued half off the bun I had to rip it off and reassemble it. She was rude to my driver too apparently.

Very disappointing experience. I asked for Buffalo spicy sauce, but they gave me Tangy BBQ instead. When I requested the correct sauce, they asked me to pay for it. Completely unacceptable behavior from the staff. Won’t be coming back.

When I order a cup of coffee in the morning, I always have to wait 10 to 20 minutes, but the staff always pretend to be busy, only talking to one side, and dealing with customers is always unkind. And sometimes I get really angry because I see racist things to say! Plus, if you want to refill your coffee, sometimes you refill it, but sometimes you refuse it because it's your rule! So I'm not going to use blue ranches here!

I have ordered just coffee (order 259). When I opened a lid in my car, it was just odorless tasteless brown liquid that could not even be called coffee. I'm not a snob, getting coffee from gas stations, etc, and this serving at this location was just an insult.
