I used my mobile app to order the new jalapeño ranch chicken club with a large waffle fry and a Coke zero no ice. The sandwich is very tasty. It’s definitely dry without the sauce. The sauce comes in a packet. You have to add it yourself. The bacon was tasty as well. The fries were fresh so everything was good except they didn’t give me enough ketchup or enough sauce, but other than that, I’m satisfied. On another note, they used to have a separate line for mobile orders and you could bypass the regular customers but now after you scan your mobile order and go around the lines merged together

I placed my order on the app. I scanned the QR code and the app said there was an internal error and the order was canceled. First of all -What??? While I'm sitting in the drive-thru I was told that I need to move while figuring it out. Excuse me, I just ordered for seven people and I'm a bit confused as to what happened with the app. I think there's was probably a better way to handle this. I completed the order again, pulled around, scanned the QR code again. This time it worked. I pulled up and received the order. This place is terrible . How can you make an ice cup or drink cup and notice large plastic from possibly the ice bags inside the cup. Chick fil A customer service said they escalated this but I have not heard anything . Very disappointed.
