Ran out of extra crispy and was asked to go half and half upon arrival after ordering through app. How do you run out during dinner on game day!? The fried chicken store ran out of fried chicken… Add in long wait time and the lady’s attitude at the drive thru was “meh”.

I’ll be completely transparent, I went Sunday around 2PM and there was a long line, which usually means it’s good or it’s short staffed. It was short staffed, but Sandra was the sweetest cashier ever! I asked for extra pickles and SHE DELIVERED!!! The wait was worth it! Give Sandra a raise!!!

Why is Sylvia the cashier so rude, seems like everyone in the reviews are saying the same thing. She makes you wait for 20 minutes in the drive through then has an attitude for no reason. The chicken here was rubbery probably days old from the way they take so long to do everything They charge for extra sauce here Would not recommend

I was actually pleasantly surprised at how tasty the "new" macaroni chicken bowls are at KFC. This time I ordered "Korean bbq" and "Hot Nashville" flavored bowls. Also a 2 piece chicken mash potato biscuit box. Everything is $5 each! Now that's priced right and tasty! I will try them again....
