I normally try to be understanding because I know fast food workers can get busy, but this experience at McDonald’s was honestly frustrating from start to finish. We spent around 20 minutes sitting in the drive-thru line just to place and receive a simple order. The line barely moved, and there didn’t seem to be any sense of urgency at all. Two things: The individual restaurant is excellent and the people working there are great and professional. The one-star review applies to ordering with the app. I think I've discovered a critical bug. I've previously made a successful order when first using the app, and had no issues. After some time, Android reported the app was using a chunk of battery every day without being used, so I let it turn off background power usage. I come here to meet a few friends for breakfast mind you I beat them all here so I'm not ordering anything until they get there due to the fact I was the one paying for everyone's food and after having a pretty late night at work last night I'm just kinda resting my head playing my phone waiting for my friends and there workers didn't even wait 5 min before coming I over and telling me I couldn't be in there because I was waiting for the other people who's food I was going to end up paying for as soon as they got there too this isn't the first second or tenth time these morning workings have b

Ordered the 20 piece chicken nugget for $6 dollars, paid first window, went to the second, the guy giving me my food said absolutely nothing to me, here’s your order, thanks, nothing, get home my order looked like it was thrown into bag, chicken nuggets containers were not closed, nuggets were all over bag, gave me 18 nuggets instead of the 20 i paid for, gave me 3 ranch sauce, 2 had been slit open so I had to throw them away, some one from corporate please help this location, just awful!
