Horrible experience. The restaurant was filthy and clearly understaffed waiting over 35 minutes just to place an order is completely unacceptable. To make things worse, they were out of almost everything except chicken. The dining area was in terrible condition. Tables were not cleaned, garbage cans were overflowing, and the apple pay was not available. It felt completely unmaintained and disorganized. I watched several customers walk out because of the wait and the condition of the place. I don’t understand how this is considered acceptable. This location seriously needs better management,

DON’T. EAT. HERE. Whoever was on shift for the takeout orders was incompetent and doing a rushed job. My friend spent $88 through DoorDash on our order and the whole thing was rushed and done with such incompetence it’s mind blowing. Straight up one whole order was missing ENTIRELY and the two others were COMPLETELY wrong. I’m hoping it was the takeout worker’s first day on the job, but regardless this is unacceptable. The only thing they got right was the drinks and the sides of guac. Diabolical. You can see below that the receipt was totally off I genuinely don’t know how that happened. How

NEVER AGAIN!! I would give this store 0 out of 5 if I could. My daughter ordered a bowl with chicken and the chicken was completely raw. I don't mean undercooked but completely raw not even seared on the outside. Because it was in a bowl, she didn't notice this at first and she ended up swallowing a piece of chicken. When she realised how raw the chicken was she made herself vomit to avoid food poisoning. You can see from the attached pictures how bad the chicken was. Worse still it was impossible to contact a human at the store by phone and I had to go there to register my complaint. I also

I was charged guacamole even though I brought 2 veggie bowls, paid $5.90 for no reason. Just because i asked for it to be on the side and not in my bowl. Also, I bought a quesadilla and i did not receive the three included sides.
