I will not say how bad a place is when I eat their regularly and so do others. I do know what I like and do like foods. from many countries. I grew up In California and tried the ...CALI... Some may like it however. 1. My wife and I both have not had worse. 2. It does not Represent Calafornia's best side. 3. if you do try it, take a bite before you leave. there is better on the menu.

Prices go up and the quality keeps coming down. Onion rings always seemed rushed and are consistently served undercooked, soggy and a mess. I love the Western Bacon Cheese Burger but Carl's Jr is simply underperforming in presentation.

Ordered food a little after 6 when they supposedly open. Went to pick up the food I already paid for and nobody was even at the store. There were people pulling in and out of the drive thru waiting for someone to take their order. Doors locked, no lights, bars on the drive thru window. Not a soul in sight. People call out. People get sick, and emergencies happen, but do better!!! Update: I called and spoke to a very apologetic manager who will address the situation and I will be getting my meal at another time free of charge. Thank you for the resolution.
