I’ve loved Peter Piper Pizza and have been coming here for years. The food and overall experience have always kept me coming back. However, recently I’ve noticed that it’s consistently very cold inside. It almost feels like the temperature is kept unusually low, which makes it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy your time there. I hope this is something that can be adjusted, because I’d really love to continue enjoying this place the way I used to.

I was very disappointed with the customer service my mother received from an employee named Yaritza. My mom asked if there were any discounts available, and she was simply told, "No, no discounts." After paying, my mom realized she qualified for the senior discount and mentioned it. Yaritza responded, "Yeah, you could have, but now it's too late," in a very rude and dismissive manner. A little kindness and offering information about available discounts would have gone a long way. This was my first time trying the buffet at Peter Piper Pizza at the Spectrum on Irvington, and it definitely lived up to what I’d been hearing about online. The store manager, Valerie, was excellent. I asked her how the buffet works, and she took the time to explain everything clearly. She also shared her favorite buffet options, which I really appreciated. Valerie then introduced me to Asia, who handles the prep and cooking.
