However, recently I’ve noticed that it’s consistently very cold inside. It almost feels like the temperature is kept unusually low, which makes it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy your time there. I hope this is something that can be adjusted, because I’d really love to continue enjoying this place the way I used to.

My mom asked if there were any discounts available, and she was simply told, "No, no discounts." After paying, my mom realized she qualified for the senior discount and mentioned it. Yaritza responded, "Yeah, you could have, but now it's too late," in a very rude and dismissive manner. A little kindness and offering information about available discounts would have gone a long way.
