The Simple Travels★★★★In-N-Out(sort of)? Maybe it was because it was lunch time, but the place was packed…. Again! Getting in and out quickly was not really the experience had. Tried to patron this In-N-Out on a previous attempt a time before but it was so busy, ordering food was not an option. This time around, food was ordered. The burger was indeed every bit of the experience. Really good! The fries were good too, but would’ve preferred them to have more flavor. Regardless, I would say a return visit may be worth it.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and our order was taken almost immediately even though there were a few people ahead of us. I went with a classic cheeseburger, and thanks to my boyfriend’s tip we also ordered the famous Animal Style fries. David★Would give this location zero stars if I could: been a long time customer here, and the quality of the food and service has gotten progressively worse over the years. Ordered two double meats today with no cheese, a fry, and a chocolate milkshake. The picture below is what I received. Management and staff need to do better. It wasn’t even busy when I went inside. Unless this looks like something you want to eat, save yourself the trouble and the long wait and avoid this location.

Service like this is rare these days — so friendly, caring, and full of heart. It genuinely makes you feel warm inside. Thank you for creating such a wonderful atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!
