We LOVE Adobos and was excited when we saw there was one in Dubuque so we went for supper last night. We drove an hour and 20 minutes just to eat there and we were very disappointed. First off, it was FREEZING INSIDE. Trying to eat while youre literal shivering is not comfortable. We almost went and ate in our car because it was so cold. Secondly, my daughter and I didn't even get the food we ordered. She ordered a burrito bowl, he gave her a burrito. She was too uncomfortable to correct him so she just let it go. I ordered the Taco Trio and said FIVE TIMES that I wanted the hard shell tacos.

I communicated with Adobos regarding bringing their food truck to an event at a school. Their business manager confirmed their attendance and availability. Four days before our event, I received an email on a Sunday afternoon stating they can longer cater our event. After reaching out through email, I received no response. After reaching out through text to their manager, I received the same response as their cancellation email. I followed up asking if we need to do anything different to avoid cancellation in future years, and I have been ghosted since.
