Stopped for a quick bite early morning Thursday before heading out of town. The sign out front was broken, making the place look very fun down, but the view from the parking lot of the late was awesome! Food was good, service was efficient. Was surprised to see how much pricing has gone up. Most meals are well over $15

As we entered, noticed big specials on Strawberry dishes. Posters, special menu with pictures of fresh strawberries. So she ordered a waffle with strawberries, water, I get French toast with strawberries and sausage & special coffee, chocolate milk strawberry drink. The whole meal was a huge disappointment. Her $17 waffle was topped w/ article flavored glaze, no fruit at all. Same on French toast, both topped with non-dairy whipped cream. Both were under cooked, non crispy waffle, soggy French toast. Didn't finish anything but the sausage. Waitress never checked back. Parking lot needs big

Biggest mistake I've made in a long time. I was looking for something quick and easy and there was a Perkins nearby I'd figured I try. How bad could it be? Food has never great, but it's always been cheap. Yeah, not anymore. Food is still subpar, but prices have significantly increased. Even for Duluth these prices were high and the food was not only subpar, but portions size was minimal. $20 per person and hardly nothing to show for it except the feeling of being ripped off. This one is a hard no for the rest of my time in Duluth.
