Saw Flavor Hills recently on Google maps and marked it to visit. Made an early reservation before a DPAC show. It's a great location to be able to walkfor dinner and then back to the show. I saw reviews talking about the Crab and Collard dip being a must have, so we got that and the Crispy Deviled Eggs. For dinner I went with the Authentic Catfish and Southern Grits, while hubs got the Ribeye. The crispy deviled eggs were on point with the hot honey. Great food and service! We came for brunch on Sunday (5/31/26), and overall, it was a really enjoyable experience. Grace (our server) and Ms. Sinclair (the general manager) were both very kind, upbeat, and welcoming. They always had smiles on their faces and gave excellent customer service throughout our visit. For an appetizer, I ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp, and it was really good! My only complaint is that I wish they offered a bigger portion because I definitely would not mind paying more for it, even as an appetizer. Great Southern’s cuisine. We order the Bang Bang Shrimp. It was cooked to perfection. Shrimp was juicy and had a good crunch. The sauce was nice and had a lil heat to it as well as you would expect. I ordered the Bayou Gold Risotto . It was very favorable and risotto was cooked good. It also had a little heat and I also added grilled chicken breast. My wife had the Salmon Orleans and she loved it especially the salsa and crab on top of the salmon. Salmon was cooked perfectly. My daughter had had croissant smash burger. She absolutely loved it and they fries were awesome.

Our server, Alex, was phenomenal. She served us so effortlessly and with such genuine warmth. It’s my birthday, and I was having a hard time keeping my emotions intact, but her presence and service truly made a difference. The food was wonderful, and the overall experience was amazing.
