Always so good when I come here! The food was amazing, I ordered the Thai Pizza and got the birthday pretzel, and both were absolutely delicious. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. Leo was my server, and he was fantastic, attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. Overall, such a fun atmosphere with great food and even better service. I’ll definitely be back!

I was disappointed with the customer service here. The staff came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. It felt like my business wasn't appreciated, and simple interactions seemed like an inconvenience. While the food was okay, good customer service is just as important, and unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression. I hope they work on being more welcoming and attentive to their customers.

I ordered a pizza with several toppings, although it was good pizza, the toppings were very sparse in quantity, like one little piece of sausage per slice and a few slivers of bacon on each slice, I brought this up with the staff and no resolve, they claimed the pizza had the normal quantity of toppings, and was told they are under the cheese,? regardless, the quality of pizza did not live up to other Mellow Mushroom locations. so I will not be patronizing the one in Durham every again. Apparently this location operates with different quality standards than other locations I have visited.

4/16/2023 early dinner before the Durham Bulls game: food was delicious; service from Leo was great-spot on! Would definitely eat here again. We ate outside under the large awning.
