Food was flavorful! We had the empanadas which was good but needed more meat inside. Also had the skillet dish which was rice, shrimp, chicken and sausage. Dish portions was a little too small for the price but overall it was a great experience. Oh and the chocolate mousse was delicious!

We had such a fabulous dinner with out-of-town friends. we were welcomed to Taberna Tapas by Arielle, the hostess. She was absolutely delightful and assisted us with switching our table accommodations, which I had not specified in the reservation. Arielle made that happen seamlessly. We ordered the paella for 4 to 6 people and had some lovely top us prior to it arriving the octopus, shrimp and brussels sprouts were out of this world. I would have loved to leave a better review, but unfortunately the food didn’t meet our expectations and didn’t feel authentically Spanish. My husband and I ordered three dishes: Tortilla española, it had no flavor at all. It tasted very plain, almost clinical. Croquetas de bacalao, these were disappointing as well. They felt more like deep-fried dough, and we couldn’t taste the cod at all. Pimientos del piquillo with crab, this was the highlight. Rich in flavor and genuinely delicious.
