So I recently had a poor experience at the Loudon road McDonald's in Concord. The drink I ordered was a root beer, what I received tasted like a watery Dr pepper, so I went back to the drive through and they replaced it, and again it tasted nothing like root beer. So I called and the woman I talked to asked if I wanted to come back for another try, which I politely declined, I then went to one of your competitors just for a drink and finally ate, the fries were a little bit cold, but other than that they were fine, and it's very possible their temp was in part due to me waiting until I had a d

Rude service even the manager was rude! 2 ladies taking our order through drive thru so order was all messed up.we paid $33.00 for nasty cold food and and half the order was wrong .Then manager gets snappy with us and rudely takes the receipt says she's just gonna refund it and turns around only not too. Even the 2 drinks were wrong. Unreal!!:Horrible service and bad food this morning for sure!!
