I am a die hard Taco Bell freak. I come here every once in a while when I’m in the area. I’ve really never had any issues with this location before. Came in 4/15 post remodel, ordered two items on mobile app, still waiting… going on 30 mins including the 10 minute drive after I submitted the mobile ordered. TB what’s going on :’( I’m so hungry -ok just got it. Cheesy Gordita crunch not melted. Cashier was super nice and gave me coupons so I’m upping stars only for her.

Welcome to the next level dystopian dining experience. The ai that takes your order at the drive thru is a nightmare to use but extremely entertaining while you wait for your food, which you will wait. Boy will you wait. Forget the word fast right out the gate, I'd say forget the word food but you already did. That's why you're looking at a Taco Bell review. But don't worry, you may think it couldn't get worse. This and I imagine other locations are working hard to make sure it absolutely can! On the bright side it's also very expensive even compared to other fast food options. What a time to

Absolutely terrible crunch wrap. I've ordered from this place many times and every single time I do its always been little to no meat and a crazy amount of lettuce. The lettuce was old and soggy. I wish that they would drop the price if the portions are this small. Or make the portions greater and balanced.
