Amina Foster★★Im in this subway all the time because I work down the street. There's 2 women that work in there that are WONDERFUL!! But today there was a male working that I've never seen, and when I say that was the WORST service I've ever received there... I mean it. One he approached me and said "what do you want"... I told him an he made it... got to thr toppings an he asked me what sauce id like on it. I explained id first like spinach before he put sauce he again and with an attitude said "What sauce do you want"... I said.. id like my toppings before the sauce if that's okay an he huffed at me like
Miz Behaven★This place has seen me spend money here for the last time. Id rather drive 50 MILES to another subway! FOUR times now they have given me something WAY off from what I wanted. And I am done correcting them. (They fixed it before. Looking at me like I'm an alien.) I order a FOOTLONG flatbread veggie delite. They fold my bread in half, like it's a six inch sub. Give me HALF the ingredients. And I am leaving looking like I'm the issue! I am done spending NINE dollars on this bull! And for scale reference, my hands are 5 INCHES in length!
Brianna Rittenberg★just went to this location at a little after noon on 8/21 and my husband went up to to the counter to start looking and ordering, and the girl there asked “what can i get started for you” and when he replied “i didn’t know yet” she huffed at him and rolled her eyes. Are you kidding me? we walked out instead.
Kay Keightley★★Very rude to customers. We came in at 9:20 pm and was not greated and asked. “What do you want?” After a couple seconds. Then he gave attitude and asked if we had any more sandwiches and then moved on. I asked if there were any more cookies and he shook his head no and looked at me like I was an idiot and mind you there were 2 cookies in there at the time. Yes you do have more cookies! You just didn’t feel like getting them. And made the sandwich without out the ingredients that come with it/ required on the sandwich. You also need to use your words with customers please.
