They have two entrances almost half a block apart because it’s a large Building. They randomly close an entrance so you walk all the way there and you can’t get in and you have to turn around and walk to the opposite end of the building. It’s so dumb they’re not customer service friendly at all and that’s just to get in the building. Then when you get in the building, there’s no shopping carts. They’re all locked in the entrance that is closed off.

I recently lost my mother in law unexpectedly and was traumatic for my wife. My mother in laws favorite flowers were blue hydrangeas. I saw two arrangements in floral department with one in each and rest were not in good shape. I simply wanted to see if I could alternate some of the flowers or add the hydrangeas to another arrangement and pay whatever fee. There was no florist available so asked the front end cashier manager named Amy. She was rude and gave me a negative attitude and said abruptly no we dont do that. She walked away, no sorry for your loss no effort to remedy the sit

I wish I had better experiences, but time and time again I get home to find out I got charged extra, or don’t get the 50% off on the item with the sticker. I feel punished for going to the cashier line. So I think at this point I have to another store which is a pity since it’s so close by or stick with the self check out.
