On all accounts AVOID Shaws in Randolph! Store Manager ANGELS PERKINS is unprofessional and surely lacks the ‘people skills’ to perform and interact with the general public. Additionally, front end managers appear to get annoyed easily towards staff. Shopping at the Randolph Shaws makes for an unpleasant experience. Recommend spending your money where you feel welcomed.

I'd like to commend Anna who works in your Bakery Dept. She took the time to find an item that was not displayed and then searched the store for me to get it to me. Kudos to her; great candidate for advancement!

I stopped goin a while ago,because service is terrible,went today to self check out told assistant wrong price she told me I was grabbed wrong thing 3 times told her I didnt rolled her eyes sighed,started banging on managers door,then asked butcher he said I was right,then came back with attitude said she needed my phone,told her was in car she said nothing she could do,I wont be back!! Was customer 40yrs

We love Shaws in Randolph, always helpful and a good experience, lots of fresh produce and healthy food and snacks as well as a large selection of baked goods, def check them out if you need last minute cakes 🎂.
