It has been 30 minutes since I ordered my food……. As I’m writing this I still haven't gotten my 2 value burrito. Bro 2 VALUE BURRITOS SHOULD NOT TAKE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES. Absolutely unacceptable, they need to either retrain staff or hire more people, I mean com on they have 2 kiosks to take orders SO WHATS THE EXCUSE. THEY LITERALLY DONT HAVE TO TAKE ORDERS AND THEY STILL TAKE 30+ MINUTES FOR 2 VALUE BURRITOS. Management needs to address this ASAP. Absolute terrible experience.( still haven’t gotten my food)

Stopped by the Taco Bell near the Newcastle/Factoria area during lunch, and it was a bit of a logistical challenge to get to. The location is tricky to access and it seems it’s only reachable through nearby businesses or a narrow side road. Parking was packed up front, so I ended up walking from the business park nearby. The drive-thru lane was also slammed. Inside, the store felt newly built and was very clean, which I appreciated. I placed an order online for in-store pickup. When I arrived, the doors were locked even though there were employees clearly visible inside. They saw me standing outside, yet no one came to the door, greeted me, or offered any assistance. I left and returned a few minutes later. TLDR: Poor technical experience but good food and great customer service!! I arrived in the parking lot here around 5:45 AM on a Thursday. I sat there for probably 20 minutes figuring out the mobile app but it just didn't want to work. My order has a few substitutions so I usually place a mobile order, but I guess my app was having "cache issues" that couldn't be resolved by clearing the cache. Bummer. I go to the drive-thru and give the gentleman my "check-in code". I wait in silence for a few minutes before he says they have technical difficulties and to return in a few minutes. Bummer agai
