Mmmm the worse AÇAÍ I’ve ever had. / gross fruit on top. Could’ve definitely used better fruit. Never had an Açaí where the fruit was a bit mushed EW !

Frequently visit this location. Lately has been a bit dirtier than usual. They should keep the monitor haning over the smoothie station clean. EDIT: Visited today, 3/23/26. Crazy the same dust and dried food is still on the monitor that hangs over the food. 3 photos added. EDIT: Visited today, 5/13/26. Facility is still filthy. Added another photo from today's vist. Needs a health inspector to visit.

This tropical smoothie is very. They do not care about the customers. Refused to give me a refund for a smoothie I DID NOT receive. The corporate people over them also refused to give me a refund again for an item I DID NOT receive or get. I will never buy anything from tropical smoothie again. You guys just lost a very loyal customer due to your dissatisfaction for your customers and absolutely not caring at all. TERRIBLE

If I could give a zero I could. I went yesterday and there was someone in line ahead ahead of me so I waited. After the customer left no one said anything or even looked my way for five minutes or more. Finally had to speak up and ask it they were taking orders ( I'm 6'2" and plus sized so they definitely saw me standing there). Then while I was pulling out my money to pay for my items, my bank receipt fell out my pocket and the other staff member that walked past me must've thought it was money and picked it up.
