Unfortunately like a few favorite stops in Kalamazoo for food, this Taco Bell has taken a dive in getting their orders correct and having staff make sure they’re getting the right food to the right car. This the third time in 1 month that our order has been incorrect, except this time we were given a 100% incorrect order. Our first experience they didn’t get our bean burrito correct for our vegetarian in the house (they gave us beef), second time they gave us nacho fries we didn’t order, this time the order was 100% not ours and now I’m just frustrated. I just wanted to share my experience from tonight at this location. Because I don't feel like people that have good experiences share them often enough. So I just wanted to give some recognition to this specific location for today because if you look at my taco it was like the most perfect taco I've ever seen from any Taco Bell I've been to so I just wanted to give them shout outs for that. And the young man at the drive thru window at 2:10am was very nice, and they were very quick and efficient. So I just wanted to give them the recognition that they deserve.

Placed a large order first of all. I did get all of my food but barely. My tacos were barely filled and broken in my box. My drink was half full. Employee was very rude to me the whole time. Didn’t ask me if I wanted sauces and closed the window before I could ask. Then I checked my food before leaving because of her attitude and she gave me a dirty look through the window because I was still there.
