Usually some of the best burgers in town, but this visit missed the mark completely. This was a hospitality offer, and I specifically requested my burger well done. What came out looked anything but well done. The photo speaks for itself. What made it worse is that I didn’t even bother bringing it to one of the managers because of previous interactions I’ve had with him. When customers feel like speaking up won’t help, that’s a bigger problem than the burger itself. Shake Shack charges enough that the food quality and service should consistently match the price. Very HIGH priced for what you get! Our first time visiting. Not impressed. $5.99 for an order of garlic Parmesan fries. Lucky if you got 12. A $1.29 for crispy onions added to burger. Got 3 pieces! The dipping sauce for the fries was about a quarter inch in the container. Asked for more and got “you have to pay for that, we only fill them half full.” If you consider a quarter inch as half full, you better look again! This place is definitely not at all what it’s cracked up to be. Very disappointed! Never to return.

Shake Shack makes good burgers. Though they have allowed ‘shrink’flation to compromise their product. A $12 burger the size of a McDonald $3.00 burger is a disappointment. I know the ingredient quality is better but not by $9.00. Give your customers quantity value. Far overpriced. I now remember why it has been 3 years between visits!!

The food here was excellent. I normally go to the one in Maple Grove. The cheese fries here were far superior to the ones I normally get. The cheese sauce was more of a sauce than the other location. I always get cheese on the side and this time I dip it right into the cheese. The Maple Grove the fry always keeps to the sideways and I have to push it in because she is not as soft and warm. The cheeseburger with bacon was delicious.🤤 The restaurant was quite large and spacious. It was very, very clean and well to and they take a lot of pride in their restaurant.
