I was getting out of my car yesterday to go into the restaurant to get my order when I saw an employee come get a bag back from a parked car. It looked like the wrong order was handed out to them…BUT, as soon as I went into the store and the employee came back inside with the bag, the employee on the line UNWRAPPED THE FOOD, REWRAPPED THE BURRITO IN A DIFFERENT WRAPPER AND HANDED IT OUT TO THE DRIVE THRU CUSTOMER. I bought a Cinnabon hot coffee. I watched through the window as the teenage staff spilled my coffee all over the table, tried to wipe it up, and then handed me a sticky, still dripping cup with coffee stains all over it. I requested napkins to hold it, giving the kids a chance, but when I took a sip it was ice cold. Waste of money and time, please train your staff better.

First it would be nice if this wasn't the first time THIS SPECIFIC taco bell didn't mess up or just show lack of effort. This is NOT acceptable. As someone who isn't mobile, to have to order food that isn't hot, that's hard, or missing items is just lack of professional. On top of that having to call more than 15 times and still nothing....I'm appalled. Taco Bell is one of my favorite places to eat but this Edina taco bell needs some training and new materials on how to have the right food service etiquette

I literally eat one item here and I have now been robbed of my food and money twice!! If you can't get the grilled cheese burrito with steak right, take it off your menu. I just spent 20 dollars on 2 burritos that ripped to shreds because someone thought you are supposed to grill the paper to the cheese..... I'm glad I had the longest day ever and I just wanted something fast to eat. I'm going to get some cereal now.
