My husband and I stopped by this Jack in the Box late one evening and ordered two combo meals. I had the Jumbo Jack with cheese combo, and my husband ordered the Smash Burger combo. Unfortunately, neither meal met our expectations. To be honest, there was very little difference between the two burgers. Both lacked flavor, the presentation was poor, and neither looked appetizing. It's a rainy day, I understand, but the place is FLOODED, water all over the place and buckets placed everywhere. I used the restroom... The toilet was marked with some heavy S..... Really bad. If it comes to food... I asked for ketchup and mayo and was given ketchup and Hot Taco Sauce. That suppose to be a recovery breakfasts after New Year celebration. Avoid

Absolutely terrible location not sure how they stay in business. The workers are rude they just stare at you if you walk in to order and expect you to use the self service system. If you’re in the drive thru expect to be rushed even if there isn’t a line. It’s the same food at each location but this one tastes stale and old. Also if you have to use the restroom the workers will tell you it’s always out of order.

10/10 service here so far this year, any time of day or night you get the best hard working people. They all deserve a raise. Tonight was especially good service 👍
