So this Taco Bell is great about 50% of the time. I always order on the app and pick up via drive thru, so I know it’s ordered/entered correctly. Any special instructions (such as “remove chipotle sauce”) are correctly done 50% of the time. When made the way you ask, the food quality is usually very good though.

i’m not usually one to complain or leave bad reviews but i felt like i needed to. i ordered a $5.99 box and a chicken quesadilla for pickup through the app. i got there and some they was on their phones, they didn’t even pay any attention to me and the 3 doordashers that was there. & then they tried to hand my order to someone in the drive through line. quesadilla wasn’t cut, my taco was thrown in the bag and had ZERO meat on it. every single person in there was high as kites, even the cooks. which normally i wouldn’t complain about but when you can’t physically function? it’s a problem. i’ve

As a delivery driver, I am very disappointed with the way drivers are treated at this Taco Bell location. I regularly pick up orders from many restaurants, and this is one of the few places where I consistently feel unwelcome. Many of the employees working the morning and afternoon shifts have a rude attitude when delivery drivers come to pick up orders. Ordered delivery on the app, and order was delivered MISSING a Mexican pizza and 2 cinnamon twists. I called the store, and the lady rudely said she didn't know why the food was not in the bag bc she didn't have any extra food sitting up at the restaurant. REALLY? What kind of response is that?!
