Came in with my wife and daughter to get some food and head home for the day. Mind you it's my very first time in this establishment and in ohio. The front lady was very rude especially when she slasked my wife if we were ready to order. We said not yet it's our first time here and she gave us an attitude and turned around with a petty attitude. Will not be ever coming back here again and never try this place at all.

I was in there today around 4:40 the food was great. The cashier was great, he made eye contact and greeted everyone that came through the door with a smile. Great atmosphere. Very well ran operation, great crew. Perfect example of good consumer service.

Had a coupon for this location, so went for lunch. Sandwich was good. Although they were shady with the cheese and fries. Literally had 4 fries and 1/2 of cup of cheese. I guess the cheese is more than enough for the 4 fries. I recommend the lake ave Mr hero. He always hooks it up.
