Little neighborhood coffee shop with good varieties. Although the matcha items were good, my lavender tea latte tasted very sweet and medicinal. It’s very critical to find the right balance when using lavender syrup. This was not it.

I wanted to get some yummy coffee, and the place looked inviting with large windows, but unfortunately it fell very short of my expectations. The guy who was helping me was less than enthusiastic to be there, and it showed. The coffee — an Americano with coconut milk — was okay, but not a good Americano by any means. My friend ordered the iced mint latte, and I didn’t taste an ounce of mint in it. The coconut milk had no surcharge, but other non-dairy milks do. I believe it's a local coffee shop, but it felt more like a gimmick to me than anything else. It’s a very busy place and aesthetically

Not much parking but other than that, jinx are delicious just like any other Better Buzz coffee I go to. I also got a wrap which was super delicious.
