Cool shop with decent but not great coffee. Seating is available indoor and outdoor. Great if on a walk or on the casual hangout. Plan for a line that will move at a good pace. Servers are friendly and helpful. Unique flavor offerings are available if you want to try something new. I ordered a whole milk latte and a coconut milk latte. Texture on the milk was a little thin. Overall not a bad experience.

The banana matcha is an absolute must!! Creamy, perfectly balanced, and somehow both earthy and refreshing at the same time. I’ve been thinking about it since I left. But the real standout was the service!! Nancy and Vincent were incredibly warm and helpful, and they made the whole experience!! You can tell they actually care. Butter Buzz in La Jolla is soooo good

I had an amazing experience here! I was about to head out on a 15 km run and hadn’t eaten breakfast yet, so I grabbed a slice of their banana bread, it was exactly what I needed. Excellent service at Better Buzz Coffee! I ordered a drink that wasn’t really to my liking, and the barista was so kind and understanding. They happily swapped it for a Cold Brew with cinnamon foam, which was absolutely delicious. Really appreciated the friendly customer service and positive attitude. Will definitely be coming back!
